Ken retired at the end of 2020 after more than 40 years in the financial services industry. After a career as an IFA working for major banks and financial institutions, Ken ran his own regulated independent financial advisery business
for 15 years. He has wide experience in all areas of pensions, investment and tax planning, particularly inheritance tax planning.
He established McNeil Stevens Financial Services to help people understand their financial position, what actions they need to take to meet their needs and to provide that service at a reasonable cost. People are often confused by the plans they already have and unsure what else they need to do or re-organise. Ken will examine a clients position and help them take the steps they need to put themselves on a solid financial footing. If regulated or professional advice is required he will guide them to the best advisers for their particular situation e.g. Independent Financial Advisers, solicitors, accountants etc.
